4, Working principle
By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher drives the spindle to drive the moving cone to move up and down, and adjusts the distance between the moving cone and the fixed cone liner plate, so as to control the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also has the overload protection function: when there is an unbreakable foreign matter (such as iron block) into the crushing chamber, the accumulator will be triggered to work, and the hydraulic cylinder will automatically make the moving cone fall, so as to release the iron block, continue to crush, and protect the crusher.
